• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
• No refund will be issued after the service has been fully delivered (e.g., sessions attended or training completed).

2. Cancellation Policy

• If a live session is missed or needs to be canceled, participants can reschedule by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case users will be notified in advance.
